<title>Judge declined to purchase girl to endure Caesarean part</title> <h2>Court denied HSE request to make medical distribution in personal hearing because it had been ‘step too far’</h2> <p>A top Court judge declined to give the HSE instructions forcing an expecting girl to possess a Caesarean section (CS) it has emerged against her will so as to vindicate the right to life of her unborn child.</p> <p>While he could perhaps not understand why the girl would elect to undertake an “unnecessary” chance of damage or death to by herself or her youngster, it had been a “step too far” to order a forced CS even when that increased the chance to both mom and youngster, Mr Justice Michael Twomey ruled.</p> <p>The increased risk she had been undertaking on her behalf child that is unborn did justify the court efficiently authorising her to “have her uterus started against her will”, he stated.
